1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

(Note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order placement.)

3. Packaging & Quality Care

Given that our primary products are Crystal Moss drinks, we pack all orders securely to prevent any damage during transit. In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as very hot or freezing temperatures), we may occasionally delay shipping by a day or two to ensure the quality and integrity of your beverages upon arrival.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Currently no international shipment is available.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wildcrafted@crystalmoss.com with clear photos of the packaging and products so we can make it right for you.
